Appearance: Kasai stands at 5'7" and is medium built. His dark hair falls around his face and is about shoulder-length with some blond chunks. The back isn't all one length and he sometimes spikes it out. He has a dark complexion along with dark eyes that are usually framed with eyeliner. He is a fan of piercings and tattoos, yet still doesn't have as many as he wishes. His clothes are almost always dark in color and are usually some type of extreme sports brand. He also prefers both pull-over and zip-up hoodies.

Personality: Kasai is a skater type person. He lives for danger and will try anything. He is outgoing and has a strong sense of humor. It is his goal to keep everyone smiling even if it pains him. He hates giving speeches in class, but out of class, he'll say whatever is on his mind to anyone who happens to be by him at the time. Kasai is a prankster and loves pain. He is very competitive and resourceful. He gets bad grades mainly because he doesn't pay attention in class. He is however very clever.

Good Traits: Very friendly once you have become a friend. High endurance. Doesn't give up easily. Has strong beliefs. Strong sense of humor. Very loyal.

Bad Traits: Once Kasai makes a friend, he is very loyal. If he is betrayed by a friend, he tends to be hurt badly from it. Likes to be a smart ass which can get him into a lot of trouble sometimes. Thinks too deeply about things sometimes and becomes somewhat pessimistic.

Fighting Style: Kasai fights as he had learned to whenever he got into a fight at the skate park. He would constantly stick up for his skate friends and would take any one who trash talked them down. If need be, won't hesitate in picking up something of the floor, such as a skateboard, to help him win.

History: Kasai started skateboarding at the mere age of 8 and riding bikes when he was 12 with a group of friends. He adopted the skate name Phoenix because of two reasons, he considers skating a way of 'flying' and his name literally means Fire Bird. He dreams of someday going pro in his skating and isn't far off. His only problem in the financial problem. His parents refuse to give him any money because they hate skateboarding and BMX with a passion. Kasai also has problems of always sustaining an injury, not only from skating or the dangerous stunts he likes to pull off, but from his abusive father. Kasai is also known to film fellow skateboarders and BMX riders as well as take sequence photos as a hobby. ((More about skating in Japan, visit here.))

Family: Kasai doesn't get along with neither of his parents. His parents both work as lawyers and completely disagree with Kasai's skateboarding and bike riding. His mom is obsessed with trying to look like that 'perfect family' and his dad is known to drink a lot. He has one older brother, Jin, who lives with a group of guys at some apartment, constantly getting high.

Kinnori Tori - 47- Male - Kasai's father. Has a high alcohol consumption level and believes that the only way to straighten out a kid is by putting them in their place. He already gave up on Jin, but is determined in setting Kasai on the right tracks.

Machi Tori - 44 - Female - Kasai's mother. She is very boastful and prefers to brag about her family. Jin doesn't exist to her and though she disapproves in his skating and behavior, she will usually ask Kinnori to lighten up on Kasai.

Jin Tori - 19 - Male - Kasai's brother. A heavy drug addict who spends his days in a dark room getting high with a group of friends.

Neighborhood: Kasai lives in the most expensive house on his neighborhood. The neighborhood circles around one of Tokyo's large warehouse production, an idea place for skateboarding and BMX riders.

Job: Dishwasher at a local izakaya restaurants, one of the few that allow kids younger than 20 there (since it is similar to a bar); and skateboarding at events to win money.

Transportation: Kasai skates or rides his bike to wherever he needs to get to. Otherwise, he hitches rides, ride the bus, walks, or has his parents drive him somewhere.

Dating Status: When single, tends to stray from one girl to the next. Currently dating Yumi Saito (harchi_rebel)

Love Life: Has not dated anyone else from the RPG. Has not engaged in sexual activities with Yumi.

Social Status: Kasai is usually withdrawn unless he is with friends and people he knows, then he likes to be the one to act crazy, and has fun with it.
